Lamhot has experienced for more than 10 years as a researcher, speaker and presenter at various national and international conferences. He also has international experiences in international organizations since 2008-2011. As an experienced researcher, he has managed research grants from both the government and non-government and also has published the results of the research in national and international Journals.

As an Indonesian public administration expert with 25 years of practice in local government service delivery, planning, budgeting, and financial management. As a governance public services and finance advisor on GIZ, USAID, World Bank, and Asian Development Bank (ADB) projects, has supported regional and local institutions in adapting to Indonesia’s decentralization policies at every stage of their evolution. As an advisor to the Ministry of Finance helped introduce performance-based budgeting and basic accounting into the decentralization regulations. As an advisor to the Ministry of Home Affairs helped devise the Norms Standard Procedures and Criteria (NSPK) for distributing obligatory and optional functions to regional and local governments and design the corresponding performance measures. Has developed the MSS e-Costing and helped local governments integrate Minimum Service Standards (MSS) into their planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring systems and processes.

Harmada has experienced for more than 12 years as a consultant and expert in the field of public policy, planning and institutional development. Harmada has worked as an expert in various international institutions including GIZ, USAID, UNEP, MCA-Indonesia, and US-DOJ / ICITAP. As institutional experts, they have experience in assisting institutional development such as the Family Hope Program (PKH), Integrated Referral and Service System (SLRT), Goods/Services Procurement Unit (UKPBJ) in seven strategic ministries and in the Indonesian Police.
As a public policy expert, he has experience in conducting research, formulating recommendations and formulating policy in various fields, finally supervising the process of providing recommendations in the field of Indonesian goods/services procurement policies.

Arief Hidayat has xpeerienced working as a procurement officer and then becoming a senior procurement in national and international companies for more than 20 years. Experienced as a certified trainer in the field of procurement of goods/services at various levels of government and companies, as well as being a consultant in developing policies and guidelines for governance of goods/services procurement in Indonesia. Arief Hidayat has international certificates and certificates from LKPP as trainers in the procurement of goods / services.
Together with MCA-Indonesia, Arief Hidayat works as a procurement skills trainer for 44 Ministries / Institutions / Regional Governments for more than 3 years. Arief Hidayat was awarded as one of the best trainers from LKPP and Booz Allen Hamilton for his dedication..

Muhamad Nur Yahya has experienced for 23 years as a trainer and consultant in the field of procurement of goods/services. Having a certificate of international standards such as the International Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management (Adv.Cert.SCM), Certified Stratery Procurement Specialist (CPSS), Certified Information Technology Procurement Expert (CITPE), Certified Simple Property Valuer and Certified Tax Consultant Level A & B, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Forensic Auditor (CFRA) and Certified Sustainable Reporting Specialist (CSRS).
He has experienced as a trainer in procurement skills both at various government and private levels. Together with MCA-Indonesia, 3 years of experience as a procurement skills trainer for 44 Ministries/Institutions/Regional Governments and received several awards as trainers with best performance.

Started his career as quality control assurance at a private company in Medan. Currently active as a researcher at the Research and Community Service Board of Indonesian Christian University Jakarta. Experienced doing various researches in various fields through grants received from both government and non-government. Several studies have been published in national and international journals.
Currently actively involved in the Women‘s Study Center in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (KPP-PA) both as researchers and resource persons
